Most home-services products try to be the contractor. We don't. We're the layer between you and the contractor. The part that knows your home, knows what a fair price looks like, and knows whether the diagnosis you just got holds up.

Every guidance package routes through a real person before it reaches you. Not because the agent isn't good, but because the stakes (your home, your money, your safety) deserve a human in the loop. When you submit a request, a real person reviews it. When we send a technician out, a real person briefed them on what to expect.
