Home Agent ("Home Agent," "we," "us") is an early-access product from Harrison Benjamin AI. Right now we operate a waitlist for homeowners interested in early access. This policy covers the information we handle through this site and waitlist. When the product launches, we will publish an expanded policy covering the app itself, and we'll notify waitlist members before any material change.
What we collect
From the waitlist, we collect only what you give us and a little basic technical data:
- Your email address, so we can tell you when early access opens.
- Your ZIP code, so we know where to expand next and can prioritize areas with more interest.
- Basic technical information your browser sends automatically (such as approximate region and device type), used to keep the site running and secure.
We do not ask for, or collect, sensitive personal information through the waitlist.
How we use it
- To email you when Home Agent opens for early access in your area.
- To plan our rollout by geography and gauge where demand is strongest.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
We will not use your information for unrelated purposes without telling you first.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist information until early access launches in your area and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to delete it. If you ask to be removed, we delete your email and ZIP from our active records.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email from us, or by contacting us at the address below.
- Access or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. We'll honor verified requests promptly.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR. We honor those rights for everyone.
Security
We protect your information with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to limit who can see it.
Children
Home Agent is intended for homeowners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll notify waitlist members by email.
